1. Hair Products Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns: Unopened and unused hair products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and hygiene reasons, opened or used hair products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund after inspection.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via the original method of payment within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or defective.
2. Hair Services Return and Adjustment Policy
- Service Satisfaction: Our team is committed to delivering exceptional services. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a hair service, we encourage you to contact us within maximo 7 days of your appointment.
- Adjustments: We offer a complimentary adjustment to the service received within 7 days if there are any concerns about the result. This offer is valid only for the service originally provided and not for style changes.
- Refunds on Services: Refunds are not available for services provided. However, we are happy to work with you to correct any issues to ensure your satisfaction.
3. General Conditions
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the refund is still missing, contact us for assistance.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning products unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a NZ $50 cancellation fee
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, a NZ$50 no-show fee will be charged.
